Artisan Bakers
Hello everyone, a little bit about Artisan Bakers.
Artisan Bakers consists of the Husband-and-Wife team of Michael and Jana Hobbs, we started at the market in 2003 and are still going strong. We specialize in hand made from scratch croissants. We currently offer 12 different varieties of croissants, many are the classical favorites such as Chocolate, Almond and Cream Cheese. We have a few unique to us such as Blueberry-Cream Cheese, Apple-Almond-Raisin and our version of the morning bun. We also offer a selection of savory croissants such as Ham and Swiss and Sausage and Cheddar. Everything is fresh out of the oven and usually still warm when the market opens.
