El Pandino Artisan Bakery

EL PANDINO Artisanal Bakery was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, operating under Law HB 1032 “ Oklahoma Homemade Food Freedom Act”, in February 2022 and since then we have made bakery products using only and exclusively sourdough. We do not add yeast, whether fresh, dry or chemical, to our products.

Our original recipe products stand out for being breads made with organic ingredients duly certified by their producers, all made with TALVINA (the typical and unique sourdough of Venezuela) which gives our breads colors, flavors, smells and textures that make that the taste buds of those who eat it jump with happiness when they try them, honoring our slogan; Try them and your eyes will smile.

Among our products we can highlight sweet breads of different flavors, such as chameleon (seasoned with honey, cinnamon and vanilla), honey, milk, cinnamon, oatmeal, corn, anise, mojicón, golfeado (the Venezuelan cinnamon roll), butter. Also, savory breads like South American style baguette, cheese bread, ham, or both and many more.

We also have a wide variety of gluten-free breads, such as bolilo, carambola, ambato, sorghum, milk, butter, oatmeal, corn, cinnamon, among others and all made with 100% gluten-free flour mixtures duly certified for their producers.
