Lassalle's Frech Market & Farm

After Hurricane Katrina changed everything in New Orleans we came to Tulsa in 2007. From there we opened Lassalle's New Orleans Deli in 2014, a cajun/creole restaurant in the heart of busy downtown Tulsa. We immediately fell in love with Tulsa and the surrounding area called green country. We never thought opening a restaurant would even be a possibility but a couple loving mothers stuck their necks out believing in their children. The restaurant thrived for 8 years until the unthinkable happened, the Covid 19 pandemic. We lost all that we built in two years trying to survive and outlast the pandemic but ultimately we had to close our doors. Lassalle's French Market & Farm is us refusing to quit. We took a few months off and decided to build our business on the burning passion that is farming and being stewards of the planet. Here we are refusing to quit and caring more than ever for our land, customers, and health.
